Internship Success has signed memorandums of Understanding with a number of Higher Education around Mpumalanga such as the University of Mpumalanga, Tshwane University of Technology, Ehlanzeni TVET College, and many private Colleges from which we recruit students who may have completed their learning programme and are seeking industrial attachment.
With the use of the Position Paper developed in conjunction with the department of Higher Education, the University of Pretoria and Organised Business,
Internship Success conducts
training and induction for interns for workplace readiness.
Such training workshops ensure that all interns placed at various workplaces through Internship Success are fully equipped with an industrial mindset,
which makes them competitive teamplayers who are resilient and dedicated to learning and being employable.

Internship Success’s management continuously participates in Private Sector and Organised Business’s continuous improvement training workshops and meetings in an effort to bridge the skills gap throughout South Africa. With involvement in the management platforms of businesses and organisations such as the Business Chamber (KLBCBT, Services SETA National Council, Merseta Provincial Council, and the Mpumalanga HR Steering Committee first established in the Premier's office, Representing RMI (with nearly 8000 business members))in Mpumalanga allows Internship Success to have a working relationship with so many industrial bodies and companies, thus paving the way to prepare companies to accept interns in their industrial establishments.
We maintain a constant relationship with our Interns and Host companies which allows us to constantly monitor the development and progress of each and every intern. We ensure that every intern placed through Internship Success is mentored, supervised and monitored to maximise their experience and completion of their log books so that by the time they complete their internships, they will be highly sought-after team players who can be absorbed into any company.
